Pacific Rim has a wide range of manufacturer trained technicians available for conducting vehicle specific examinations. These technicians work directly under the supervision of an experienced investigator who is also an ASE Automotive Master Technician. When vehicle or model specific knowledge or skills are required, a manufacturer trained and dealership experienced automotive technician is assigned.
Pacific Rims’ in-house facilities have been designed and equipped to support automotive component failure examinations and analysis. Our facilities are equipped with the mechanical diagnostic tools, equipment and vehicle lifts required for complete vehicle examinations.
